اتفاقية البيع عن بعد ونموذج المعلومات الأولية

قبل الطلب؛ يوصى بمراجعة معلومات المنتج والسعر وشروط التسليم والإرجاع. بالنسبة للمنتجات التي تتطلب التوافق مع السيارة، من المهم تقديم معلومات سيارتك بشكل صحيح من أجل اختيار الجزء الصحيح.

1) الأطراف

İşbu sözleşme; bir tarafta Satıcı ve diğer tarafta internet sitesi üzerinden sipariş oluşturan Alıcı arasında elektronik ortamda kurulmuştur.

2) الموضوع

هذا العقد؛ وينظم حقوق والتزامات الأطراف فيما يتعلق ببيع وتسليم المنتجات التي يطلبها المشتري إلكترونياً من خلال موقع البائع.

3) معلومات المنتج

النوع/النوع، الكمية، التوافق مع طراز العلامة التجارية، سعر الوحدة وطريقة الدفع للمنتجات؛ يتم ذكر ذلك على شاشة الطلب و/أو الفاتورة. بالنسبة للمنتجات التي تتطلب التوافق مع السيارة، من المهم تأكيد التوافق بما يتماشى مع معلومات السيارة التي يشاركها المشتري.

4) السعر والدفع والفاتورة

  • The product price and shipping/delivery charge (if any) are shown during the order.
  • Payment may be received by credit/debit card, bank transfer/EFT or other methods offered on the site.
  • The invoice is delivered electronically or in print according to the information declared during the order.

5) التسليم

  • The product is prepared and delivered to cargo after order confirmation and payment verification.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on stock status, product type and cargo operations.
  • The Buyer should check the package upon delivery; damaged packages should be documented.

6) حق الانسحاب والعودة

جهاز الاستقبال؛ قد يكون لها الحق في الانسحاب ضمن نطاق التشريعات ذات الصلة. شروط السحب/الاسترداد؛ ويختلف حسب طبيعة المنتج وحالة الاستخدام. تنطبق القواعد التالية أثناء عملية الإرجاع:

  • The product must be sent with its original packaging and all accessories so that resale conditions are maintained.
  • For products that require vehicle compatibility, installed/damaged products may be excluded from return coverage.
  • The return shipping process and charges are carried out according to the rules stated on the relevant return policy page.

7) حل النزاعات

في حالة وجود خلافات بين الطرفين؛ قد يتم تفويض لجان تحكيم المستهلك ذات الصلة ومحاكم المستهلك.

8) التنفيذ

يعلن المشتري أنه قد قرأ ووافق على أحكام هذا العقد في وقت تقديم الطلب.
